Packages and Add-Ons
Thank you so much for considering Weddings By Mika to capture your wedding. I take your investment very seriously! In the weeks preceding your big day, we will be spending time getting to know each other via phone calls, questionnaires and consultations. I believe establishing a close relationship is crucial to capturing the vision of your event.
Along with the "must-haves" and the "posed" shots, I love capturing the “in-between” moments, the unstaged shots that bring out the raw emotions surrounding your wedding day. These are the moments that tie everything together, allowing you to relive your wedding day for many years to come. Getting to know the two of you helps me define what is most important to you.
While I am more than happy and confident shooting solo, many of my clients like the option of adding a second shooter to their package. It will not only give you a greater quantity and variety of final images, but doing so may even allow you to pick a package with fewer hours, since two shooters can be covering events in different locations (such as during the getting ready or cocktail hour portions of the day). You will see those options in the descriptions below.

Part of our initial consultation will be figuring out what specific parts of the day are the important to the two of you, and with that knowledge we can pick the right package and add-ons.

LOOKING FOR SOMETHING SHORTER? We regret that we can not book weekend weddings (Saturday-Sunday) less than 6 hours in length. However if your wedding is within 30 days and we are not booked on that day, or is during the weekday (Monday-Friday), we can make arrangements for a custom package with fewer than 6 hours. CONTACT US so we can work out a special package just for your needs.
An engagement session is a fun and creative 2 hour photo shoot done prior to your wedding. It allows you to become comfortable with me as your photographer and me to get to know you better as a couple. Online private photo gallery with full reprint rights.

A stunning flush mount album is the final masterpiece of your beautiful wedding. When browsing through the 30 pages of your individually designed 10” x 10” photo album, you and your friends can relive the story of your wedding day.

A Love Story Film is a short film designed just for you, based on your own love story and is shot before your wedding. We will create a script and shoot at locations that are meaningful to you. Shooting time is usually 2-4 hours, depending on location(s).

If your venue and weather allows, we can add on some drone photography or videography.
An 8”x10” 20 page photo book where guests can write in their signatures and congratulations.
A slightly smaller but identical in content album at 8x8, suitable for gifting to parents or grandparents. Must purchase a full size album to be able to add on a parent album.
Up to 4 hours of photo or video coverage during dinner and toasts, subject to availability. Photo delivery will be a separate gallery, video delivery will be one separate film.
A mobile app (iOS or Android) will be created from a list of favorites from your wedding gallery. (Not the full gallery, but a selected grouping). This app can be shared among family and friends, and allows for a quick and easy viewing of your best photos on their smartphone.
On the day of your wedding, if you decide you need extra coverage you may purchase it at $200 per hour, per photographer. This will be prorated to the nearest 30 minutes (or $100/30 minutes). This fee covers both the extra shooting time as well as the extra editing time.
For weddings further than 100 miles from Los Angeles, plus travel expenses.
Keep all the video shot for the entire day, even clips that were not used in the final films. These are unedited clips.
Standard definition DVD or BluRay DVD of your wedding film, with custom menu and graphics. $50 for the first DVD, and $25 each additional DVD, even if shipped to separate addresses.
